Dispatching Your Order

Our warehouse team make it their priority to get your order out as soon as possible.  Orders received by 1pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (which is GMT+10 Standard Time and GMT+11 Daylight Saving Time) will be dispatched the same day and if you place your order over a weekend or public holiday, it will be dispatched the next business day. If we are missing an item from your order or when we are running large sales or promotions it may take slightly longer to dispatch your order; this happens rarely but we’ll keep you updated if there are any lengthy delays.

Delivering in Australia

FREE Express Post delivery on all orders over $90.

$5.00 charge for Express Post delivery on orders $90 or less.

We use Australia Post eParcel to deliver all Australian orders. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from Australia Post which contains your tracking number so you can track your parcel through the Australia Post system. If you don’t receive the email, please check your junk mail or ensure you’ve submitted the correct email address when placing your order. To calculate an estimate of how long your parcel will take to arrive please click here and then enter the ‘from’ postcode as ‘3066’ and the ‘to’ postcode as your own. 

When you proceed through the check out you are provided the option to give Australia Post the authority to leave your parcel. This means that if you are not at the delivery address, Australia Post will find the safest place to leave your parcel. They will photograph the delivery as proof it was delivered.  

Despite the availability of the above service we still highly recommend that you require a signature upon delivery and that you can provide an address where you will be available during normal office hours. If you have requested signature on delivery and you are not available to sign for your parcel, the delivery driver will leave a calling card to notify you of the delivery attempt and also the post office location in which you can pick up your parcel. If you are unsure of the status of your parcel and you have not been left a calling card, please use your tracking number on the Australia Post website to track its progress.

Please take note that we do not take responsibility for any lost or stolen goods,after the goods have been signed for and if you have provided Australia Post authority to leave your goods. If your parcel is to be delivered to a business address, please ensure you note the business name in the "Company" field in the Shipping stage of the checkout process.

Post Office Box addresses are accepted for all Australian addresses.

Delivering Outside Australia

Our premium international delivery service offers door-to-door delivery of your order with tracking and signed delivery. Depending on your location, the delivery takes from 2 to 4 business days to most major metropolitan areas worldwide however deliveries to rural areas will take longer. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from DHL which contains your tracking number so you can track your parcel through the DHL system. As part of this service you will also be able to schedule your delivery, authorise signature release or redirect your parcel.

 Although rare, international orders may be subject to delays at the border on arrival into the destination country. Unfortunately we have no control over this and it may delay the delivery of your order by several weeks. Your order may also be subject to customs or duty charges which you are responsible for on arrival into the destination country. We suggest you check with the customs authority in your country to determine what charges may apply.

 Unfortunately, due to the import regulations and limited delivery options in the following countries, we cannot provide a shipping service to:

  • Egypt
  • Democratic Republic of Korea
  • French Guiana
  • French Southern Territories

 We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but you can search our store locator and submit your country in the dropdown box to find any retailers near you. You can also search the various online retailers that we supply who may be able to deliver to your country.
